Introduction to Warwickshire School Health Wellbeing Service.mp4
There are times where children may need to be given medication during school hours. There is a full Multi Academy Trust policy in place regarding giving medications at school, which can be found on the Policies website.
Parents should familiarise themselves with the medication policy, and must fill in the applicable form below, prior to their child being administered any medication. All medication must be handed in to the school office, and collected from the school office at the end of each day.
