Rise - https://cwrise.com/ - Rise is a family of NHS-led services providing emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Rise aims to build resilience and empower children and young people (as well as the adults in their lives) to know where to go for help and advice.
It’s made up of a number of different services, each led by mental health specialists.

Early support in the community
We provide early support, information and guidance on many emerging mental health issues to children, young people, parents and carers. For example, we offer:
- 1-1 consultations with a clinician
- training
- themed coffee mornings focusing on areas of requested support.
Support for parents through RISE – There is a webinar (see link) for parents and carers to find out more about the support available from Coventry and Warwickshire RISE and mental and emotional health and wellbeing support for children and young people in Warwickshire.
Rise Crisis line: 24/7 Crisis line For urgent calls for children and young people who are experiencing a mental health crisis contact the 24/7 Rise Crisis team on 02476 641799 (8.00am to 8.00 pm) or 0300200 0011 outside these hours.

Rise/Mental health in Schools - The Mental Health in Schools Teams (sometimes referred to as Mental Health Support Teams) are based in a growing number of schools throughout Coventry and Warwickshire. Dimensions Toolkit https://cwrise.com/dimensions-tool - helps assess a comprehensive emotional wellbeing/mental health assessment identifying deficits in young people's emotional wellbeing, making recommendations, signposting and suggests appropriate referrals into RISE.
